RETURNS

  Under the photographing method, lighting and photographing environment ,The products colors shown on our site are slightly different from the actual product is normal . We will try our best to take additional a video under normal condition to show the real color to customer , and confirm with the customer before delivery. However, after confirmation, regardless of the website or mobile video display pictures are considered colors accepted by customers. For customers with very picky with colors, please place your order carefully, thank you.

  As hard as we work with our customers to find them the perfect item to add to their wardrobe, sometimes minds change, mistakes are made, or colors clash. We are happy to accept returns on items within 14 days of you got the purchase. Please kindly inform us in time within 14 days after you got your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your got the products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging: unused with tags and within the bag as it first arrived to you in his original box.

 Please ensure you have kept the original tags attached, have the original receipt and the returning item is free from wear, stains, odour or any condition that would otherwise prevent it from being sold as new. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And more important: 

*** All of the gifts or swatches shipped with the order ,please send back with the returning .

***Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging .

 

IMPORTAND INFORMATION ON RETURN

Footwear may not be returned if the top has been creased or the bottom has been scuffed. To prevent creasing when trying on a new shoe, avoid fully flexing the foot. To prevent scuffing the bottom always try on shoes on a carpeted surface.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:

Returns received in damaged or worn condition.

Pre-order bespoke and confirmed items.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.   

 REFUND 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges And Shipping

 We can accept exchange item if they are broken or damaged during long distrance transportion when your got your order ,with shipping cost to be paid by us . If you need to exchange or return your product,you should first email at sales@rossieviren.com and send your item to the address we sent by Email  .

  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchange with the products your purchased ready to go stock items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Bespoke or Pre-order items and Embossed your logo items  cannot accept return or exchange.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

***We encourage you to send your returned parcel via registered post and under value to ensure it reaches us safely; Rossie viren online store is not responsible for items lost in transit.
