   We are specialize in providing our customers with customized services. Our senior craftsmen will provide our customers with high quality crafsmanship products.

  All bespoke design require approximately 1- 2 weeks for a prototype to be designed and delivered for approval .Subsequent delivery is approximately 2-4 weeks-45 working days to produce it and shipped it .  Choose the leather and colors you want, make special for your own business or life.

For the OEM projects/Bespoke Items -the artwork of design provided by our customer. We will make the prototype sample for your confiramtion and evaluation first. Because this is your own design,strongly suggest you to get the prototype PU leather sample we made for you ,which to be sent free by DHL, not to confirm from pictures we sent by email only. In this case you can evalulate your own design not only from the design's apprearance but also from function to check if it can be put the things as you wish or meet your normal daily use.For the bespoke items we cannot acept the rush order,please note,thank you .we will confirm with you in every details step by step before we start to produce it and move on next step ,and also before shipment . Due to the bespoke nature of your design or your own logo , we cannot offer refunds or exchange on any bespoke products,No claim will be accepted without receipt. Please pay attention on it ,thank you .

All of our products can lifetime maintance and repairment. But the freight will be paid by the customers.
